To end the 2021 year in style, creative director Mykel C. Smith held a V.I.P. studded cocktail reception and fashion presentation to show the many designers held within the exclusive M5 Shop & Showroom in Soho, NYC. Among the attendees, were celebrity stylist Mickey Freeman, model/actor Liris Crosse, award-winning journalist Constance White, designer Ron Poisson, Carlton Jones and actor Elvis Nolasco, among a slew of other notables.
M5 Showroom founder, Michael Burns was quoted as saying ‘It’s great to see people coming together in person and celebrating a revitalized New York City. We all need to support each other and have fun again”. We couldn’t agree more. There was definitely fun to be had in showroom as far as the eye can see offering quality Italian and Japanese brands in menswear, womenswear and accessories. The uniqueness of this showroom/shop is it allows private clients to come (by appointment only) and shop directly from the showroom.
Tapping, fashion veteran Mykel C. Smith to be the creative visionary of the presentation and the showroom moving forward, shows the commitment to the forward-thinking which has propelled this showroom to the top tier within fashion and accessories. Mykel is very keen on detail, presentation and concept, which was apparent within every inch of the showroom and presentation.
We look forward to the greatness from this collaboration of M5 Shop/Showroom and creative director Mykel C. Smith in 2022 and thank them for allowing us an exclusive look at the designers held within the space.
